Habitat Day Moratorium:  The CA Board notified the Anglers Club a couple months ago that they voted in their executive board meeting to stop the Anglers Club from dropping Christmas Trees in the lakes for fish habitat due to complaints to the CA about the cinder blocks we use to weigh down the trees.  Last month, the club officers and BOD attended the monthly CA Board meeting to plead our case and ask questions.  It was decided to that more research would be needed to make a decision on whether to continue habitat day's or not.  We are planning on getting the help of the Missouri Department of Conservation and also looking into biodegradable sand bags for weighting down the trees.  More info to come as we work through this with the CA Board.
